Happier #4

What I found interesting  in what I have read is the fact that the author has great ways describing his methods that he found. They are simple and can be received by all readers. It grabs our attentions instead of putting a name that is long and hard to follow. These methods came from his own experience. He described them as hamburgers, and Each method or hamburger has its own way to lead you to happiness.

Happier #2

In his journey to find the diffraction of happiness, he began it with a huge question which was what is happiness? Is it an emotion? Is it the absence of pain? He had a lot of questions in his mind. So through his journey, he limited his focus to positive psychology in order to find the answer.

I stopped reading their. So I am really looking for what he did find when he limited his focus. Does the limitation make it easier to find what he is looking for or not ? It seems that he will go through a lot of things in the next pages in this chapter. we will see.

Happier #1

I have read couple of pages from the book that I chose. At the beginning of the book, the author gave us information about himself and  how he began to seek for the definition of happiness. Overall, I am really interested to see what the definition that he found and how he did find it.
