Q: What is one emotion you felt while reading today?
I felt that if you work hard to find what you want, you will find it.
That what happened with the author when he worked hared to find the answer for his question which was about the definition of happiness. After that, he crated his own ways or his on definition of happiness.

Happier #4
What I found interesting in what I have read is the fact that the author has great ways describing his methods that he found. They are simple and can be received by all readers. It grabs our attentions instead of putting a name that is long and hard to follow. These methods came from his own experience. He described them as hamburgers, and Each method or hamburger has its own way to lead you to happiness.

Q: What surprised you most about your reading today?
- What I found surprising is that he mentioned some simple methods that we may not even think about. They are simple, but they might make us happy or happier if we make them as habits.

Happier #2
In his journey to find the diffraction of happiness, he began it with a huge question which was what is happiness? Is it an emotion? Is it the absence of pain? He had a lot of questions in his mind. So through his journey, he limited his focus to positive psychology in order to find the answer.
I stopped reading their. So I am really looking for what he did find when he limited his focus. Does the limitation make it easier to find what he is looking for or not ? It seems that he will go through a lot of things in the next pages in this chapter. we will see.

Happier #1
I have read couple of pages from the book that I chose. At the beginning of the book, the author gave us information about himself and how he began to seek for the definition of happiness. Overall, I am really interested to see what the definition that he found and how he did find it.

Self-intro
Hi everyone,
I decided to use this first post to introduce myself. I'm Abdullah, and I am a Saudi guy. I lived most of my life in the capital city of Saudi Arabia which is Riyadh. After I finished my high school, I decided to study abroad in the U.S. So here I am in State College, PA improving my English skills to achieve my goal to complete my education at PSU university. One of my favorite things to do when I have free time is playing video games ( FIFA 14 ). At the end, I made this blog to share with you my writing this semester.
Best of luck :)
